We will do our best to take it into consideration. We are all going to be happiest when shops are placed next to each other and we are nearest our friends. There are rare instances where this cannot work, but rest assured, we want what you want. Just respond to your booth purchase email with the request.
You will receive an email with a link to purchase your booth after you have applied.

Hotel information will be emailed to you after booth purchase, when it is available. We do our best to secure a discounted group rate for each festival. You can also find location & hotel information for each festival on their individual website.
No. Health Department requirements are only for tattoo artists.
These instructions will be emailed to you. Each location and Health Department varies what is required. Each Artist/Booth is responsible for paying their Health Department Fees. They are not included in the booth price.

Check in instructions differ between each location. These instructions will be emailed a few weeks before the festival.
Probably! We do our best to secure a wi-fi connection at every event. Prepare for the weekend as if there is not an internet connection. Most likely, there will be.
Rentals can be secured in advance from TattooRental.com
Each Artist booth will have a front and back table with black table cloths, 2 chairs per artist, bottled water, sharps container, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and trash can.
You will also find a printer and stencil area where you can wirelessly print, make copies, and have your stencils made.
Each booth is 10×10′.
No more than 2 artists can occupy a 10×10′ booth. You can request double/triple/quadruple booths for more space/artists.
Yes! Each festival will have a tattoo supply booth with everything you could need or want!
