DULUTH HEALTH INFORMATION

The Great North Tattoo Fest requires each artist to be permitted in Minnesota. If you are not already licensed in Minnesota with a Full Technician License, you will need to obtain a Guest Artist License (application cost being $140). If you do not currently have a Minnesota Tattoo License, instructions on how to obtain one can be found here. 
Do not fill out a temporary permit. You will need a guest permit.
